A global foundation working with sensitive healthcare data came to us seeking an outside perspective. With new data privacy regulations rolling out across several countries where the foundation operates, they needed help developing a strategic approach.
This approach had to be twofold: first, to create a clear strategy and framework for compliance; and second, to deliver intensive training for employees worldwide. Beyond just meeting regulatory requirements, the foundation wanted a program that emphasized protecting healthcare data at the highest compliance levels while also reflecting their strong ethical values.
