Melissa has over 25 years of experience leading consulting teams in the Life Sciences industry. A professional problem solver, she leverages proven methodologies and practical experience to help teams understand why their initiatives are underperforming and provides concrete solutions to address the underlying needs.
With a wealth of experience both within consulting as a solutions provider and as a leader of consulting organizations, as well as on the client side as a consumer of services, she understands the importance of trust and transparency in delivering services.

Melissa began her career working for Accenture learning about everything from business planning to software testing. From there, she joined Novartis in the Sales & Marketing IT group as a project manager. While she loved working for a life sciences company, she missed the pace and constant change of a career in consulting.
She then took a job back in the consulting world, and spent time working for different software companies, and did a few stints as an independent consultant. She continued to build her consulting and leadership skills, always focused on delivering to life sciences companies. After a conversation with Cheryl at a Starbucks, Melissa became excited about the opportunity to help build a consulting company from the ground up.
After spending five minutes with Melissa, you will learn she has a dog! She spends much of her free time catering to her 75lb mixed-breed dog, who’s has been affectionately referred to as a Boingshark, given her propensity to both jump and bite when she was a puppy with little needle teeth.
Melissa also enjoys doing home projects and wood-working.
